All our bags are one of a kind, made just for you, and so we don't accept returns or exchanges. 

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, then please contact us at mierathelabel@gmail.com or using our contact form within 5 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo and we will help to resolve the issue.
